Licensee FAQ

Profitability depends on many factors including operating  costs, financing terms and most important, your ability to  operate the business effectively.

Typical licensees’ achieve sales of $10,000 – $20,000 per month within the first year of business, depending on their ability to drive revenue.

A Licensee owns the exclusive right to use, advertise, and distribute TouchUp RX products and services within a specified region. TouchUp RX Licensees also benefit from a vast support network which encompasses regular training and feedback. Franchisees are similar in a sense that they too are granted the right to conduct business within a specific franchise system. However, they must operate their business in a certain way as outlined in their Franchise Agreement, which typically includes extensive obligations on the part of the Franchisee.

Absolutely! Many of our current licensee’s own multiple exclusive territories.

We welcome all those interested to submit their Licensee Application via our website.  However, we will be looking for the following qualifications in a candidate: (1) an entrepreneurial drive, (2) an open mind to follow a proven sales technique for high volume sales, (3) and reasonable health capable of handling light to moderate labour.

Most licensees enter into our network by purchasing an available territory as outlined on our website.  Some licensees have chosen to purchase an existing territory from a current owner. The financial requirements for each situation vary depending on the method of acquisition.

TouchUp RX Canada Inc. may be open to financing options at it’s sole discretion. Please inquire for more information during the application process.

A monthly royalty is required each month to maintain ownership of a territory.
